Flowco About Social

Workplace Health & Safety

At Flowco Global, safety is not a policy – it’s our culture. It’s embedded in the way we work, whether we’re inspecting fuel systems, conducting maintenance, or monitoring contaminated sites. Our goal is clear: for everyone to return home safely to their families at the end of each day.

Our Approach to HSE

We operate within a robust HSE framework built on practical risk management, accountability and real-world experience. We apply industry best practices to drive continual improvement and safety excellence.

Mandatory Safety Inductions & Training
Every team member and contractor completes comprehensive HSE onboarding tailored to the job, environment and associated risks.

Integrated Risk Controls
For tasks like confined space entries or fuel tank upgrades, we implement clearly defined safety protocols and risk assessments before work begins.

Everyday Safety Leadership
HSE isn’t siloed – it’s part of daily conversations, planning and decision-making across all levels of the business.

Proactive Incident Management
Near-misses and incidents are reported, reviewed and used as learning opportunities, supporting a just culture where safety concerns are raised and addressed openly.

Our safety-first approach has delivered tangible results. In recent operations, we proactively identified and eliminated high-risk activities before they became incidents, reducing potential exposure events and keeping teams safe in dynamic field conditions.

Flowco Malaysia is certified to ISO 45001:2018, reinforcing our commitment to rigorous health and safety standards that protect employees and stakeholders from workplace incidents.
