Flowco Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a market leader in fuel site maintenance and dispensing solutions across Southeast Asia, has acquired Leighton O’Brien Field Services Pty Ltd, marking a significant expansion into the Australian market and strengthening its global capability in end-to-end solutions that support the critical assets of fuel retail networks.
The acquisition brings together two leaders in their respective fields – Flowco’s regional scale and expertise in equipment supply and maintenance, with Leighton O’Brien’s deep domain knowledge in fuel system integrity testing and fuel cleaning. The move positions Flowco as the largest fuel services provider in the Asia Pacific.

Leighton O’Brien Field Services operates a national network across Australia and provides a full suite of testing, cleaning, equipment maintenance and upgrade services and projects delivered by a team of 65 experienced technicians and a dedicated engineering and customer service team.

Customers can expect continued excellence in precision tank and line testing, fuel restoration, maintenance and projects, and now, an expanded scope of services and broader regional reach.
The combined entity will offer a powerful service model to the fuel industry, ensuring asset uptime, system compliance, reduced maintenance costs and extended asset lifespan, all delivered with the responsiveness, expertise, quality and safety first approach that both companies are known for.
