Reactive maintenance services cover a broad range of issues including pump breakdowns, STP and hose repairs and accident damage to ATG system maintenance and leak detector replacements.
These are complemented by preventative services such as annual calibrations, LPG inspections and full-site fuel asset audits (pumps, compressors, ground markers, caps, dips). Flowco also provides precision tank and line integrity testing and tank cleaning and fuel polishing to ensure product quality and system health across the network.
Operations are underpinned by structured weekly and monthly reporting, with KPI tracking, insights on parts usage and early identification of recurring issues, giving our customer transparency and control over network-wide asset performance.
Flowco’s national service capability includes a dedicated customer support team, in-house permit writers and a fleet of 65 expert technicians operating from fully stocked vans across the country.
