The contract involves managing Shell retail fuel stations in Sri Lanka, further reinforcing Flowco’s position as a trusted maintenance and service partner in Southeast Asia’s downstream oil and gas sector.
Shell entered the Sri Lankan fuel retailing market in 2024, following a retail brand license agreement between Shell Brands International AG and RM Parks (Private) Limited, alongside a product supply agreement between their affiliates.
RM Parks (Private) Limited rebranded its existing network of retail fuel stations to Shell across Sri Lanka in late 2024, after being awarded a 20-year operating contract by the Sri Lankan Ministry of Petroleum and Energy in 2023.
Commencing in June 2025, Flowco’s scope of work includes comprehensive support in technical maintenance, ensuring service excellence and operational continuity throughout the network.
“This milestone signifies the trust placed in Flowco by Shell and RM Parks, reinforcing our reputation and capabilities to manage and maintain large-scale, international fuel retail networks,” said Omar Mohamed Said, Managing Director of Flowco Malaysia.
